On Thursday, the New Hampshire House of Representatives concurred with the New Hampshire Senate’s passage of HB 1, the biennial state budget, by a vote of 351-25. Weeks ago, the House passed its initial version of HB1 on a voice vote, the first time that has occurred in decades.
