MANCHESTER, NH – A man who police say appeared intoxicated when he urinated on a Manchester Police cruiser Jan. 14 has been charged with indecent exposure.
Aaron Martin, 23, of Manchester, was arrested following an incident outside Sixide Vapor Lounge, 123 Hanover St. based on the following police narrative.
On January 14 at approximately 1:30 a.m. Officer Michael McGee was conducting a business check at Sixide Lounge. He parked his fully-marked police cruiser in an adjacent lot next to the business. He exited his cruiser and conducted a business check when he observed Martin standing near the driver’s side of the police car. McGee watched as Martin allegedly placed both hands in front of his body as he turned toward the cruiser. Officer McGee stated it appeared as if Martin was urinating, so he walked through several bystanders to confront him about his actions.
According to McGee, Martin, who appeared to be intoxicated, had urinated on the driver’s side door panel and tire, so he arrested him. He was charged with indecent exposure/lewdness.
He was scheduled to appear in the 9th Circuit Court-Manchester on January 17, 2016.
