MANCHESTER, NH – Multiple police officers responded to a disturbance outside of Fire and Ice Hookah Lounge at 1 a.m. on April 16, 2017. Several skirmishes and altercations spilled out of the lounge and on to Elm Street, which blocked traffic for a short period of time.
