Man faces drug, weapons charges after SWAT search and arrest on Manchester Street

MANCHESTER, NH – Members of the Manchester Police Special Enforcement Division – Special Investigations Unit conducted an investigation into the street level dealing of crack cocaine and heroin from 304 Manchester St. The Manchester Police SWAT team executed a search warrant at 6 a.m. April 14, 2017.

They located and arrested the target of the investigation, George Sebastian, 47, of 304 Manchester St. He was arrested without incident and charged with two counts possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute; and felon in possession of a dangerous weapon. He was placed on a 72-hour hold for probation/parole.

Detectives located a crossbow and arrows inside of a bedroom, along with more than $1,900 in cash, 14 small bags of crack cocaine (6 grams) and nine bags of heroin/fentanyl (8.7 grams). He is scheduled to appear in the 9th Circuit Court-Manchester on April 28, 2017. His bail was set at $30,000 cash/surety.
