MANCHESTER NH — An arrest warrant has been issued for a suspect in the murder of Jonathan Vazquez-Ojeda on September 14, 2016. A judge has issued a warrant for Billy Damuel Maldonado Cancel, a.k.a. Billy Maldonado, 23, for knowingly causing the death of Mr. Vazquez-Ojeda by shooting him with a firearm.
Mr. Maldonado is described as a Puerto Rican male, approximately 5-foot-7 with short dark hair, facial hair and brown eyes.
Pictures of Maldonado are attached to this press release. Mr. Maldonado may be armed with a firearm. Anyone who sees him is urged not to approach him, but to immediately call the police. It is possible that Maldonado has left the area.
