Woman with gang ties wanted by U.S. Marshals as fugitive arrested Lowell, Mass.

Screen Shot 2017 02 14 at 7.00.00 AMUPDATE: 11:30 a.m: U.S. Marshals report that Kiana Moudarri was located and arrested Tuesday morning by the Mass. State Police and Lowell Police Department on her outstanding arrest warrants.


CONCORD, NH – U.S. Marshals are seeking the public’s help in finding Kiana Moudarri, 20, a suspected gang member who is wanted on an active warrant from New Hampshire for reckless conduct with a deadly weapon, as well as a warrant out of Mass. for probation violation on an original charge of home invasion.

Although Moudarri’s whereabouts are unknown, she has ties to the Nashua and Lowell, Mass., areas. If you know of her whereabouts or have observed a person that resembles her, report it to the USMS DISTRICT OFFICE at (603) 225-1632, or call 1-877-WANTED-2, or submit a WEB-TIP, or TEXT NHTIP with any information to TIP411. You can also contact your local police department.

Moudarri is described as 5-foot-1 inch tall, 115 pounds, brown hair, brown/dyed red hair, a back tattoo that reads “Baba.”
