MANCHESTER, NH – Families in Transition-New Horizons, a homeless services provider located in Manchester, Concord, Dover and Wolfeboro, recently promoted Meghan Shea, LICSW, MLADAC, to Vice President of Clinical and Supportive Services, and Kelly Paquette to Director of Housing Services and Programs.
Meghan Shea, VP of Clinical and Supportive Services
Shea has worked at FIT for 12 years, starting as a case worker, moving onto a substance use treatment Therapist at the organizations Family Willows Substance Use Treatment Center, promoted then to the Program Manager of the Family Willows, then to the agency’s Clinical Director, and now to Vice President of Clinical and Supportive Services. In this new role, Shea will continue to provide oversight to the agencies clinical and supportive service programs and is the sixth member of the organizations senior leadership team. She has both her Bachelors and Master’s Degrees from University of New Hampshire.
Kelly Paquette, Director of Housing Services and Programs
Paquette started at FIT over a year ago as the Senior Housing Program Manager and now the Director of Housing Services and Programs. In this new role she will continue to supervise and manage the agencies supportive services staff. In addition, she is responsible for the oversight of several of the agencies housing programs. Prior to joining Families in Transition, she worked as a Senior Program Manager providing supervision and coordination of Workforce Services programs for Goodwill Industries of Northern New England. Mrs. Paquette has over 15 years’ experience developing, implementing and managing social service programs and working with individuals to achieve independence and self-sufficiency. She holds a B.S. in Business Management from Franklin Pierce College as well as a certificate in Paralegal Studies.
Families in Transition-New Horizons provides hunger relief, emergency shelter, safe affordable housing, and supportive services to individuals and families who are homeless or in need, enabling them to gain self-sufficiency and respect.
