MANCHESTER, NHRabbit, rabbit! It’s hard to believe it is September 1. As summer winds down, turn to us for all the fall food scene news for in and around Manchester that you need.

New spot! Giorgio’s Ristorante is now open at 270 Granite St., Manchester. Serving lunch and dinner, this popular Milford restaurant and bar is bringing its Mediterranean menu to the Queen City. The menu includes a mix of classics and Giorgio’s specialties, like braised short rib filo ($12.99),  lamb shank ($27.99), bacon and clams ($25.99) plus a menu of grilled pizza, a raw bar and meze.  At lunch, check out the express lunch menu ($9.99)  or entrees such as chicken marsala ($15.99), shrimp scampi ($14.99) and lamb gyro ($10.99). New restaurant in Londonderry Pasquale’s Restaurant, 87 Nashua Rd., Londonderry is now open. This new eatery is the sister of Pasquale’s in Candia. In addition to a selection of Neapolitan brick oven pizzas ($11.99-$14.99), the menu also includes classics like mussels and chorizo fra diavolo ($8.99), eggplant parmigiana ($9.99) and meat lasagna ($9.99) Call (603) 587-0028

Fish Fridays The Bagg Lunch located at 679 Mast Rd., Pinardville serves breakfast and lunch daily, except on Fridays when it stays open until 7 p.m. for dinner. The Bagg, serves daily specials like meatloaf and Chinese Pie, but is becoming well known for its seafood Fridays where they serve up haddock, clams and scallops. This could be dangerous. Finesse Pastries now ships its French macarons. A box of 10 is priced at $25 plus $10.95 for shipping , and are available in raspberry, orange, lemon, pistachio, coffee, salted caramel, chocolate, vanilla bean, lavender, and passionfruit. The French Macarons are made fresh using imported Noel French chocolate. Macarons are shipped Priority 2 Day USPS, and the gift box is wrapped in cooling wrap and an ice pack. For peak freshness, once your macarons have arrived they should immediately be refrigerated for up to 7 days or frozen for up to 14 days.

It’s that time of year. Cremeland moves to fall hours today. The new hours are Sunday-Wednesday, 11 a.m.- 8 p.m., Thursday-Saturday from 11 a.m.- 9 p.m.

Deal alert: Brother’s Restaurant at 6 Willow Street, Manchester, serves prime rib with rice pilaf ($10.99) all day on Sunday, Monday and Tuesday.
