MANCHESTER, NH – Get that new T-shirt smell and the satisfaction of knowing you’ve helped animals in need. Buy a cool Friends of Manchester Animal Shelter T-shirt for just $15 during their fundraising campaign, which ends Feb. 7.
Their goal is to sell 150 T-shirts. They’re getting close, but they need your help.
Friends of the Manchester Animal Shelter is a no-kill shelter that goes above and beyond for the homeless animals of Manchester, NH. Each year more than 100 volunteers donate over 7,200 hours cleaning cages, walking dogs, hosting events, fundraising and helping animals get a new start in life.
More than 600 Manchester Pitbull and Pitbull mixes have participated in the free Fix-A-Pit program which was started in 2009.
The pet food pantry provides pet food to those in need to feed their pets. On average, 30 people utilize the pantry per week. They also offer low cost spay/neuter programs.
Since 1996, FMAS has served over 25,000 animals.
