State police seek help identifying this man and his dog, which they say killed another dog at Tuckerman\’s Ravine.

State Police are looking for the owner of a pit bull which attacked and killed another dog during a hike Aug. 21 at Tuckerman’s Ravine, on Mt. Washington in northern NH.

At about 10 a.m. on that day a dog fight occurred along  a hiking trail involving a pit bull and another dog, which died three days later from injuries.

The NH State Police Troop F is seeking help in finding the owner and the dog. They have issued a photograph taken of the pair.

Anyone with information that may help identify the owner or the dog is requested to contact TFC Jonathan Stephens at (603) 223-8873.
