MANCHESTER, NH – To kick off the school year, employees at Howe, Riley & Howe selected two causes that directly help school-age children.
The accounting firm, which supports more than two-dozen Granite State nonprofit organizations through donations and volunteerism each year, partnered with Child Health Services in Manchester and Seacoast-area End 68 Days of Hunger.
Employees and their families from Howe Riley & Howe’s Manchester and Portsmouth offices took part in the successful initiative.
End 68 Days of Hunger is a program that sends school-aged children in need, home at the end of the week with enough food to feed their families for the weekend. This was a new initiative for HRH, which opened an office in Portsmouth last year, and employees chose to work with this organization after learning about its important mission supporting students in the Seacoast area.
