MANCHESTER, NH – If you’re looking for last-minute gifts and stocking stuffers, consider popping by Bookery, 844 Elm St., for a three-day glimpse into the future.
The Bookery will become a downtown retreat for those who love the written word and a sense of community and place when it launches for real in spring of 2018. But in the meantime, owners Liz Hitchcock and Liz Cipriano are opening shop for the three-day prequel, Dec. 21-23 from noon to 7 p.m.
Everyone’s invited to come in and see the work in progress while browsing a selection of books and other related gift items, or just to enjoy some hot cocoa, activities, and “other surprises.”
