MANCHESTER, NH – Police arrested Derek Gagne, 28, of Manchester, charged in a theft incident.

On May 29, 2017 at approximately 12:45 p.m. officers were in the area of Pine and Concord streets checking the area for a suspect related to a purse snatching that had just occurred on Elm Street by Concord Street. While in the area they observed a man running after another man, later identified as Gagne. Officers believed this was the suspect from the purse-snatching.
