Armed robber hits Eddy Road Mobil late Tuesday night

MANCHESTER, NH – Police seek the public’s help in identifying an armed robber who got away with cash from the Eddy Road Mobil late Tuesday night.

At 10:30 p.m. on Aug. 4 a robber entered the gas station holding a black handgun. He demanded money from the clerk in a “deep voice,” and she turned over an undisclosed amount of cash as she told police she feared he was going to shoot her.

He was wearing tan/khaki pants, a long-sleeved black thermal shirt, a black baseball hat with a logo, and a black bandanna with white and red paisley trim over his face. He did not have any tattoos showing or visible piercings.

The robber fled on foot and ran north toward PRO Landscape.

Screen Shot 2015-08-05 at 7.23.33 AMPolice have issued two surveillance photos of the robber and one photo of a vehicle that rolled slowly into the gas station just before the robbery. The vehicle entered the south entrance of the gas station and exited northerly. Police have not confirmed whether this vehicle was involved in the robbery.

A police dog track was initiated and resulted in a black BB gun being discovered outside of Planet Fitness, also located on Eddy Road. Police have not determined whether this was the weapon used in the robbery.
