SALEM, NH — On Monday, March 7, 2016, at approximately 10:49 a.m., a white 2002 Nissan Sentra operated by Matthew Torbin, 21, of Derry, was entering onto I-93 south from the Exit 2 on-ramp in Salem. As Torbin entered onto the Interstate, his car impacted the passenger side of a white 2012 Freightliner Flatbed truck operated by John Pothier, 57, of North Billerica, Mass. The Interstate in this area was shut down for approximately two hours and traffic was rerouted off Exit 2 while crews worked to re-open the interstate.
