MANCHESTER, NHRed Arrow Diner re-opened on October 18 after fully renovating the Lowell Street space. The 24-hour diner has served its menu of classic diner fare since 1922.

TOMORROW: Queen’s Pub and Grille is opening on October 22. Located at 641 Elm Street, this new restaurant across from the Verizon Center will offer a pub menu at lunch and dinner with items like Scotch eggs, bangers & mash, and beer-candied bacon. There will be a walk-up, take out window on Lake Avenue and entertainment six nights a week.

Planning a holiday get together? Goldenrod Drive-in is not just for ice cream. This iconic restaurant also offers catering services at prices that are hard to beat. The catering menu includes scallops wrapped in bacon (40 pieces- $40), meatballs (60 for $24), spinach pita (serves 20 -$38) and stuffed shells (serves 30-$60). 48 hour notice required.

LaBelle Winery offers a series of cooking lessons. Up next, preparing for Thanksgiving on November 11. Class starts at 6 p.m. and is $25.

Also, The Bistro at LaBelle Winery has a new fall menu. Look for confit duck wings, coconut carrot bisque with maple spiced creme fraiche, fennel dusted salmon, apple pie pork chop and a selection of burgers, salads and flatbreads.

Thanksgiving reservations are now being accepted at The Homestead Restaurant, Merrimack. There will be a prix-fixe menu $27 per person with your choice of entrée. In addition to the traditional turkey dinner, the menu has eight options, including veal Oscar, prime rib and seafood fettuccine. There is also a children’s menu priced at $15. Warm up at T-BONES and Cactus Jack’s. All locations are serving complimentary soup in their lounges, Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m.-3 p.m.

Sunday dinner is being served at the Hanover Street Chophouse from 4 p.m.-8 p.m.  Three-courses, $40 per person, the menu includes several choices for starter, entree and dessert. Look for sea scallops with asparagus and lemon-parmesan risotto, a grilled “cab” hanger steak with creamed spinach and potato gratin and a cedar planked salmon with asparagus, shiitake mushrooms and sweet potato with lemon butter.
