MANCHESTER, NH – Police were called to Billy’s Sports Bar, 34 Tarrytown Road, on July 3 at approximately 8:40 p.m. for a reported burglary.
Arriving officers met with the manager, Marc Hartley, who explained that the business was closed but that an employee passing by noticed the back door partially open. Hartley went to the establishment to lock the business when he found an intoxicated man inside, passed out on the bar floor with no pants on.
The man had consumed alcohol from two bottles of vodka and beer from the tap. His urine-soaked pants were found drying on a bar stool.
Police arrested Michael Winsor, 53, of 42 School Street, Apt. #3, Manchester, who was taken into custody and charged with burglary.
