MANCHESTER, NH – A city man was arrested for trespassing and criminal mischief, following a reported fight on Massabesic Street early Wednesday morning involving several people.

At approximately 12:30 a.m. several Manchester officers responded to a Massabesic Street address for a reported fight involving several subjects.

Police arrived and found only one man, Senesie Bai, 34, 219 Lake Ave, Manchester, who had a small amount of blood on his shirt and a swollen eye, standing on the front stairs. He told police he had been punched in the face, but refused to say who punched him, according to Sgt. Richard Brown.

While investigating the fight report, Officer Garrett Bombard spoke with Bai’s ex-girlfriend, Michelle Mundy, 50, who resides at the Massabesic Street address. Officer Bombard was told that Bai tried to force his way into Mundy’s apartment by allegedly striking the door to her apartment repeatedly. The force he used caused visible damage to the door. Mundy said she was also concerned for her safety so she barricaded the door to prevent Bai from gaining entry.

Bai was taken into custody without incident. It was later learned that Bai had been charged with trespassing nearly 10 months ago by the property owner.

He was charged Jan. 4 with one count of criminal mischief (a misdemeanor) and one count of criminal trespassing  misdemeanor). He was held on $1,000 personal recognizance bail and is due to be arraigned in the 9th Circuit Court Manchester on January 4.
