Free coffee with a cop and tons of fun are now being featured at your neighborhood McDonald’s restaurants.

Michael Gambino, who recently moved to New Hampshire from New York to run three local McDonald’s restaurants along with his wife, Janelle, says the events are a great way to bring the community together.

He will be bringing Twister the Clown in to provide entertainment and free family fun over the next few months, and he will also be hosting the city’s second Coffee with a Cop event, part of a national initiative to bring the police department and community together in an informal setting.

The first Coffee with a Cop event was held at the South Willow Street McDonald’s in August, featuring members of the Manchester Police Department’s community policing division. The next one will be Sept. 25 at the McDonald’s on Second Street.

The Gambinos also operate the McDonald’s at 907 Hanover Street.
