NASHUA, NH – The weather forecast looks good for Young Eagles Oct. 16 rally at Boire Field in Nashua, where kids ages 8-17 can experience the thrill and excitement of flying. Free introductory flights with licensed pilots will take place from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., courtesy of Experimental Aircraft Association (EEA) Young Eagles.
All flights are provided through the generosity of local pilots who want to share their love of aviation. The goal of the Young Eagles program is to provide introductory flights to 100,000 young people each year. Participants will receive a certificate signed by your pilot and your name will be logged in the World’s Largest Logbook at the EAA Headquarters.
A parent or guardian must attend, and flights will be scheduled on a first come, first served basis – no reservations required or accepted.
Boire Field is located at 83 Perimeter Road in Nashua – take Exit 7W off the Everett Turnpike and follow the signs to the airport.

About Young Eagles
Founded in 1992, the Young Eagles program has dedicated nearly 25 years to giving youth ages 8–17 their first free ride in an airplane.
It’s the only program of its kind, with the sole mission to introduce and inspire kids in the world of aviation.
Today, the Young Eagles program has flown over 2 million kids with the help of EAA’s network of volunteer pilots and ground volunteers.
We reached our goal and celebrated the 2 millionth Young Eagle flown during AirVenture Oshkosh 2016. Join us in offering every child, tween, and teen the chance to experience the Spirit of Aviation.
