Woman arrested for allegedly altering a Ritalin prescription

MANCHESTER, NH – Cecile Tenzar, 46, of 530 Weston Road, Manchester, was arrested Jan. 29 by NH State Police Narcotics and Investigations Drug Diversion Unit, on charges that she had altered a prescription for Ritalin at a local pharmacy.

The state narcotics investigators received a call from a local pharmacy reporting that Tenzar had allegedly presented an altered prescription for methylphenidate, brand name Ritalin, on Jan. 12, 2015.

An investigation was conducted and confirmed that the prescription had been altered.

Tenzar was released on $5,000 personnel recognizance bail. She is due in court on March 9 to face the charge.
