MANCHESTER, NH – Meagan Enos, 30, of 241 Auburn St., was arrested Feb. 11 following an alleged stabbing in a drug deal gone wrong.

At approximately 8:10 p.m. Thursday, Officer James Pittman responded to the area of Beech and Auburn streets for a report of a robbery involving a woman who was stabbed. The 23-year-old victim met the officer in front of 241 Auburn St.

The victim, whose name was withheld by police,  identified her assailant as Enos. She told police she had arranged to meet with Enos in front of the address so she could purchase illegal drugs from Enos. Instead, Enos allegedly took the money from her while brandishing a knife. A struggle ensued and the victim sustained a non-life threatening wound to her wrist.

Enos was located inside of her third-floor apartment immediately after the alleged crime occurred. She was arrested and charged with Robbery and second-degree assault and will appear in the 9th Circuit Court-Manchester on February 12, 2016. The victim refused medical treatment.
