MANCHESTER, NH — Halloween trick-or-treating for the City of Manchester will take place Wednesday October 31, 2018 from 6- 8 p.m. Residents should be prepared to receive trick-or-treaters between those hours. If you are not participating, a good practice is to not turn on your outdoor lights.
It may seem strange to have to ask the question, but trick-or-treating in Manchester hasn’t always been on Oct. 31. The date is set by Manchester Police, and in years past, has been held on the Sunday before Halloween.
Parents should accompany children to make sure they safely move through the neighborhood while respecting neighbors’ properties.
Be safe out there!
