MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester Police detectives have been investigating an overnight gunshot call involving three damaged vehicles. The incident was reported at 5:05 a.m. May 10 by Christina Lopez, 40, of 386 Rimmon Street.

Lopez told police she heard multiple gunshots in the area. Officer William Dann responded and found that three vehicles had been struck by several bullets. Lopez’ 2000 Honda Accord sustained damage to the rear quarter panel.

A 2013 Hyundai and 2000 Honda Accord were also damaged in the incident. The Hyundai had multiple bullet holes in the driver’s side door. It belongs to Singh Mahat of 383 Rimmon Street. The Honda is owned by Mohamed Keita who also resides at 383 Rimmon Street. Keita’s Honda sustained a broken window and a damaged door.

It appears at this time that  this may have been a random act of violence. Fortunately, no one was reportedly injured as a result of the reckless conduct, police said. The investigation is ongoing.
