MANCHESTER, NH — A West Side man is under indictment on 15 felony charges accusing him of sexually assaulting a 13-year-old girl and taking pornographic photographs of her.
George Poulin, 44, of 586 Dubuque St., Apt. 1, was indicted April 18 by a Hillsborough County Superior Court North grand jury on the felony counts that include five charges of manufacturing child sex abuse images. Those charges are special felonies which, if convicted, could put Poulin in state prison for 15 to 30 years per count.
According to the indictments, the incidents took place on two days – Dec. 19, 2018 and Jan 15, 2019.
Poulin allegedly contacted the teen through the internet using the application known as “LetGo.” He allegedly offered her electronics in exchange for sex.
On Dec. 19, Poulin took photographs of her exposing her breasts and genitalia while sitting in a vehicle and another photo of her engaging in a sex act (fellatio) with a “male subject,” according to indictments accusing him of manufacturing child sexual abuse images.
That same day, Poulin allegedly engaged in sex acts with her.
He took another photograph of her exposing her breasts again on Jan. 13, according to an indictment.
Other charges include five counts of possessing child abuse images, which on conviction, carries a 10 to 20-year sentence per charge; two charges of felonious sexual assault, penetration, victim between the age of 13-15.
Also, he was indicted on one count each of computer service, use prohibited; trafficking, victim under 18, and endangerment – soliciting sex. Those charges, on conviction, carry a maximum sentence of 3 1/2 to 7 years in prison per count.
