MANCHESTER, NH — Manchester Fire responded to 1211 Elm Street Wednesday night after a passerby noticed water gushing from underneath the door of the building. Upon arrival Engine 6 found heavy water flowing from all floors of the large building, which once was occupied by Raxx Billiards.
Truck 1 was requested to assist in evacuating some of the water. Large amounts of water flowed South on Elm Street, coating the street in ice, and causing ponding.
Fire officials were not immediately able to locate the owner or manager of the building.
