MANCHESTER, NH — A man who suffered serious injuries from an assault last week, found unresponsive by police outside Central Ale House, died July 24 from those injuries.

According to police the victim, a 32-year-old male, was assaulted outside of 23 Central Street in the early morning hours of July 19. Police were called to the scene at about 1 a.m. to find the man, unconscious in an alley, to the west of the bar. He suffered serious injuries and was taken to the hospital, but succumbed to his injuries Tuesday afternoon.

No further information is available, according to Hillsborough County Attorney Dennis Hogan, who said there are still details of the investigation that are in motion, and that he didn’t want to “damage the integrity” of that investigation.

No further details were available, including the name of the victim or whether there is a suspect.
