Victim in Aug. 18 shooting died of 2 gunshot wounds, ruled a homicide

MANCHESTER, NH – New Hampshire Attorney General Joseph A. Foster and Manchester Police Chief Enoch F. Willard announce that autopsy results are available for the victim of the  Aug. 19 homicide in Manchester.

Dr. Thomas A. Andrew, the State’s Chief Medical Examiner, has determined that
Raymond Drake, 44, died as a result of two gunshot wounds. His manner of death
was homicide.

Drew Morris, 32, has been charged with second-degree murder for causing Mr.
Drake’s death. Mr. Morris has a probable cause hearing scheduled for September 1, 2015
at 8:30 a.m. at the 9th Circuit – District Division Court in Manchester, New Hampshire.
