MANCHESTER, NH – Manchester Police responded to a fatal crash on Brown Avenue on April 20, 2016 at 7:30 p.m. The crash occurred on Brown Avenue near Raymond Street in the south end of the city.
The victim has been identified as Jean Benoit Muyuka, 21, of Manchester, who was operating a 2002 Honda motorcycle when he made impact with a 2000 Honda Accord, operated by Anthony Bayne, 22, of Hooksett, who was traveling north on Brown Avenue.
