MANCHESTER, NH – Anyone who doesn’t think Manchester is a happening place should stick around until Sunday – there will be three opportunities for enjoying music in the great outdoors, no matter what your favorite genre happens to be.

Stark Park, 2-4 p.m.: The New Black Eagle Jazz Band will perform as part of the ongoing summer concert series at one of the city’s best-loved parks, with traditional New Orleans-style jazz.
Lafayette Park, 4 p.m.: The Soggy Po’ Boys, presented by Manchester Parks & Recreation and Friends of Rimmon Heights, bring you New Orleans Jazz served with attitude. The band hails from Dover and will get you up out of your lawn chair, for sure.

Veterans Park, 6 p.m.: This is a ticketed event, but for $24 Recycled Percussion is worth the price of admission. This hometown favorite has made it big, but not too big to remember their roots.
