HOOKSETT, N.H. – A Londonderry woman finds herself under arrest as part of the aftermath of a May incident in the parking lot of Kohl’s.

Gabriella Redmond, 30, was found sleeping in the parking lot on the afternoon of May 27 and exhibited signs of drug use once she woke up. Although the Hooksett Police K-9 unit alerted the presence of narcotics inside the vehicle, Redmond did not consent to a search of the vehicle, leading to the need for a search warrant to be secured.

After obtaining and executing the warrant and additional corroboration with state officials, Police claimed Redmond to be in possession of crack cocaine, methamphetamine and Lorazepam that was not prescribed to her.

She was arrested by U.S. Marshals on Wednesday for three counts of alleged possession of a controlled drug and three counts of transportation of a controlled drug. Redmond is scheduled to appear for arraignment at Merrimack County Superior Court on Oct. 3rd.

Anyone accused of a crime is innocent unless proven guilty by a court of law.
