Early Monday afternoon “Fugitive of the Week” Jordan Dearborn, 26, was arrested without incident by the Manchester Police Department.  Dearborn had been wanted on an outstanding arrest warrant for violations of federal supervised release.  Mr. Dearborn was on supervised release due to a conviction and sentence for aiding and abetting in a bank robbery.

According to the Manchester Police Department, they had received an anonymous tip indicating that Dearborn was living in the 400 block of Dubuque Street, but officers on patrol had spotted Dearborn walking in the area of Pine and Chestnut Street, where he was arrested without incident.  Mr Dearborn had his initial court appearance in U.S. District Court on Tuesday, and was held without bail.

On May 23, members of the NH Joint Fugitive Task Force, along with US Postal Inspectors located and arrested Fugitive of the Week Mark Delisle, 42, who was found hiding in the woods of a residence on Wes Lock Road in Barnstead, NH.

Delisle had been wanted on a federal arrest warrant alleging that he had violated his conditions of supervised release.  Mr. Delisle was on supervised release following his conviction and sentence for being a felon in possession of a firearm.

The United States Marshals had featured Delisle as the “Fugitive of the Week” on May 10, and this feature brought in several tips, including one from the Hooksett Police Department.  An alert Hooksett officer had stopped a vehicle with Mr. Delisle in it, but at that time Mr. Delisle produced a different identification and he was allowed to go.  The officer later saw Delisle featured as the “Fugitive of the Week” on WMUR and contacted the US Marshals.  The information that the officer provided was invaluable in locating Delisle, which resulted in the successful and safe arrest Tuesday afternoon.  Mr. Delisle had his initial court appearance at the U.S. District Court in Concord, NH and was held without bail.  There is also an ongoing investigation into the potential identity theft and other fraudulent activities that were possibly perpetrated by Delisle, while he was a fugitive.

Lastly, on Tuesday evening, members of the NH Joint Fugitive Task Force, along with officers from the Dublin, and Marlborough Police Departments located and arrested Fugitive of the Week Nicole Perry, 21, who was wanted on two outstanding warrants, including a federal arrest warrant alleging possession with intent to distribute a narcotic drug, as well as a Strafford County warrant for bail violations relating to a charge of organized retail crime/larceny.

Information was developed by the fugitive task force that Ms. Perry was in a treatment facility in Dublin, NH, where she was taken into custody without incident.  Perry will have her initial court appearance at U.S. District Court sometime later today.

As part of the U.S. Marshals fugitive investigation, all three of these fugitives, Dearborn, Delisle and Perry had been featured as the “Fugitive of the Week,” which airs on WTPL-FM and WMUR-TV, and is publicized in The Union Leader, The Nashua Telegraph, The Patch, Foster’s Daily Democrat, Manchester Information, The Manchester Ink Link and prominently featured on the internet.

The “Fugitive of the Week” has been a very successful tool that has resulted in the location and arrest of numerous fugitives since its implementation in 2007.  Additionally, the “Fugitive of the Week” is distributed statewide to all law enforcement officers.

Since the inception of the New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force in 2002, these partnerships have resulted in over 6,628 arrests (Updated as of 12/27/2016). These arrests have ranged in seriousness from murder, assault, unregistered sex offenders, probation and parole violations and numerous other serious offenses. Nationally the United States Marshals Service fugitive programs are carried out with local law enforcement in 94 district offices, 85 local fugitive task forces, 7 regional task forces, as well as a growing network of offices in foreign countries.
