According to Crimemapping.com, Tuesday is the heaviest day for crime in Manchester, with the No. 1 crime being theft/larceny.

There were 76 crimes “mapped” on the interactive site between June 17-23. You can read a full list of the crimes mapped by clicking here.

So what does it all mean? According to Manchester Police, most of the crimes committed in the city are drug-related and occur during daytime hours. Police advise residents to make sure they secure their doors and windows, both at home and on your vehicles, as well as keeping an eye our for unusual activity or unknown individuals.
