CONCORD, NH — Duprey Hospitality will be opening the Tru by Hilton, a midscale hotel brand, in the spring of 2020 at 406 South Main St., right off exit 12 on I-93. The four-story, 85-room hotel promises guests a simplified and spirited stay, grounded in value. Guests will notice the hotel is modern and functional, offering social connectivity with reimagined public spaces, including an open lobby comprised of four areas where guests can work, play, lounge, and eat.

Upon walking into the hotel, guests will notice The Hive, a 2,857-sq.-ft lobby. Other features of the hotel will include a fully-equipped fitness room, modern rooms, extensive complimentary breakfast bar, free WIFI and a giant media wall.

Great NH Restaurants will be opening their sixth T-BONES location alongside the Tru hotel. The restaurant will be their largest at 9,900 sq. ft. Providing 275 seats and a 35-seat patio. CEO, Tom Boucher reports that this Concord location is very similar to their other T-BONES locations, and that he has been searching for just the right location in Concord for quite some time.

“We feel this is the perfect concept and location for the city of Concord, providing another high-quality dining experience to the region,” says Boucher.

The look and feel will be similar to the other T-BONES locations, but it will have an updated interior design and new finishes, which will be headed up by Boucher’s business partner, Mark Fenske, and Boucher’s wife, Dana Boucher. Market Square Architects out of Portsmouth is designing the project while Fulcrum Associates has been contracted for construction. Boucher says they will create more than 100 new jobs at the new Concord T-BONES, which is planned to open in the winter of 2020.

This is the first Hilton property for Duprey Hospitality, however it will be the fifth hotel managed by the company in Concord.

“We are thrilled to be building a Tru by Hilton in Concord. The location, right off of I-93, is perfect for people traveling throughout our beautiful state. Duprey Hospitality prides itself on premier customer service and positive guest experiences, and we are looking forward to adding a new property to our portfolio. In addition, we are excited to be developing the site with Great NH Restaurants and to have a T-BONES restaurant right on site. It’s a great combination–rooms right next to a popular family-friendly, casual dining NH restaurant and bar.” said Duprey.
