MANCHESTER, NH – Seems like a no-brainer, but many of you remember a time when Trick-or-Treating happened on Halloweenish – a weekend closest to Halloween, in broad daylight.
All that changed a few years ago, which means kids will be out and about on Oct. 31 in Manchester – designated time for candy collecting is 6-8 p.m.
