CONCORD, NH — The New Hampshire Department of Transportation (NHDOT) announces night work associated with the construction of Interstate 93 northbound from the weigh station in Windham to a half-mile south of the Exit 4 interchange.

Weather permitting; construction operations will take place from Sunday, April 10 through Thursday, April, 14, 2016 The work occurring during this time period will consist of paving the existing northbound shoulder of Interstate 93 and placing concrete barrier.

Construction operations will require traffic on Interstate 93 to be reduced to one lane utilizing a lane closure. This work will take place during non-commuter hours, from approximately 8:00 pm to 6:00 am each night. Motorists should remain alert while traveling through the construction zone and obey all posted signs.

This work is part of the $49 million I-93 widening and reconstruction project located between Exit 3 and Exit 4. The general contractor is R.S. Audley, Inc. from Bow, New Hampshire.
