MANCHESTER, NH — An autopsy has determined the death of a toddler earlier this week was a homicide due to blunt force trauma to the abdomen.
Jacob Pelletier, 2, was rushed to Elliot Hospital Monday morning, where he was pronounced dead after rescuers were called to the Howe Street residence for an unconscious child.
The investigation into the circumstances leading to the child’s death is ongoing.
