Todd Smith, 25: Animal lover, Rubik’s Cube master, proud Yankees fan, who wore his heart on his sleeve

MANCHESTER, NH – Todd Christopher Smith, 25, of Manchester, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2017.

Todd was born on July 3, 1991, in Rochester, NH the son of Anissa T. (Hikel) Makris and Todd L Smith.

Todd was employed as a concierge at the Wall Street Towers, in Manchester; and formerly worked as a Chef at Republic.

His hobbies and interests were cooking, cars, motorcycles, listening to all types of music and spending time with family and friends. His faith was very important to him, along with helping others in the recovery programs that he was so much a part of.

Todd had a great love of all animals. He had an incredible mathematic mind, always winning the game with his mom, ‘Can you solve this Rubik’s Cube.’ He was the one proud Yankees fan among his friends. He loved life and wore his heart on his sleeve. Todd had impeccable taste and took great pride in his appearance.

Members of his family in addition to his parents include; his daughter, Sophia Jane Smith; his step-father, Arthur Makris, a step-brother, Rob Makris, a step-sister, Sarah Makris; and a half-sister Holly.

SERVICES: Calling hours will be held on Saturday, April 8, from 2 – 5 p.m. at the Phaneuf Funeral Home, 243 Hanover Street, in Manchester. A funeral service will follow in the funeral home chapel at 5 p.m.

 It has been suggested that those who wish may make memorial gifts to Joshua’s Connection, in memory of Todd.
