Tip of the day: If you’re wanted by police, don’t urinate on buildings in front of a cop

MANCHESTER, NH – Two men, both wanted by authorities for different reasons, were arrested after a police officer allegedly witnessed them urinating on the side of the Carpenter Center on Wednesday.

Officer Casey Finn stopped two individuals near the Carpenter Center, 323 Franklin Street, at 4 p.m. Jan. 18. The officer observed the men urinating on the side of the building.

The first individual identified himself as Wayne X. Weaver, 56, no fixed address. Weaver had an active parole warrant from Waterbury, CT, so he was taken into custody and charged as a fugitive from justice. He allegedly walked away from a Connecticut halfway house several weeks ago.

The second individual, Robert Nault, 34 of Manchester, New Hampshire had an active arrest warrant for a domestic assault, so he too was taken into custody without incident. Both men were transported to police headquarters.

They appeared in the 9th Circuit Court-Manchester on January 19, 2017.
