MANCHESTER, NH — Detective Derek Feather of the Special Enforcement Division received information on July 29, 2016 about a Massachusetts man staying in the Queen City. The person of interest, Edwin Fernando Flores, 24 of 172 Washington St., Lynn, Massa., was wanted in connection to a homicide, which occurred in Lynn on July 15, 2016.
Multiple members of the Special Enforcement Division conducted surveillance in the area of 235 Conant St. They watched Flores enter a 2008 Toyota Corolla and immediately made a traffic stop a short distance from the address. He was removed from the vehicle and arrested without incident. Flores is charged as a Fugitive from Justice and will appear in the 9th Circuit Court-Manchester on August 1, 2016.
