MANCHESTER, NH – Theresa A. Frye, 91, of Manchester, died February 1, 2017 at St. Theresa Manor, after a period of declining health.
Born in Manchester on September 26, 1925, she was the daughter of Wilfrid and Adora (Gourdreau) Bellefeuille. She was educated in Manchester and received her accounting degree from Ben Franklin University, Washington, DC.
Upon her return to Manchester, Theresa worked as an accountant at George Langlois Insurance Agency for 25 years. Theresa then worked part time for the Manchester School Dept. and was a volunteer at CMC for many years. She and her husband owned and operated Frank’s Variety for 13 years. She was an active member of Manchester Women’s Club.
Theresa enjoyed traveling with her best friend, the late Elaine Murphy, and they took many trips together. She also spent time in Ogunquit, Maine. Above all, she will be remembered as a loving, kind-hearted soul.
She was predeceased by her beloved husband of 38 years, Frank W. Frye in 1982.
Theresa leaves behind her favorite godchild, Rosan Boucher, and husband Paul, along with their children; Riggs and Tessa Boucher that also held a very special place in her heart; cousin Robert Trottier; many other loving cousins.
A calling hour will be held from 11:30 am to 12:30 p.m. on Feb. 11. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 1 p.m. on Saturday at Parish of Transfiguration, 107 Alsace St., Manchester. Burial will take place on Feb. 14 at 11 a.m. in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
