Triple H attends his mother-in-law’s confirmation hearing on Capitol Hill …

NH’s own Triple H made a surprise appearance at the confirmation hearing for his mother-in-law, Linda McMahon, nominated by President Trump for Small Business Administration Secretary.

WASHINGTON, D.C. – Just another day in Washington, D.C., where we’ve come to expect the unexpected.

First, as WWE wrestling magnate Linda McMahon went before the U.S. Senate Tuesday for her confirmation hearing as President Donald Trump’s pick to head the Small Business Administration, she was actually upstaged when WWE wrestler  Triple H, showed up with his wife, Stephanie McMahon, in a show of support for his mother-in-law.

Triple H, aka Paul Levesque, a popular pro-wrestler and Nashua, NH, native, who at one time lived in Bedford, was among those who came out to endorse McMahon for the post, which led to another entertaining moment.

Sen. Cory Booker called him out for “letting himself go,” in what was much like a WWE trash-talking moment. [See the video below.]

Booker offered to take Triple H to the gym to help him get back into shape.
