Spring is a time of rebirth. We watch as tiny buds peek through the earth and life starts fresh and anew. As we breathe in the “Fresh Green of Spring,” we are reminded of the roads we’ve followed and the events that forged the paths that shaped who we’ve become. In his original compositions, James Tebbetts ushers the listener on a musical journey that explores the changes life brings and the beauty it holds.

A Manchester native, Mr. Tebbetts began his own musical journey as an adult student. Now at the age of 73, he composes chamber works for winds, strings, voice, and piano. “That Fresh Green of Spring,” is Mr. Tebbetts fifth concert featuring his original compositions performed by professional musicians, including Manchester Community Music School faculty members.

The concert will be held on Saturday, May 11, 2019 at 7:00 pm at Brookside Congregational Church 2013 Elm Street, Manchester, NH.

This concert is FREE and open to the public, with a reception to follow.
