MANCHESTER, NH –The District of New Hampshire/New Hampshire Joint Fugitive Task Force has been asked to assist in the location and arrest of Hillsborough County fugitive Leela Cable (aka Nina Ouellette), wanted on an outstanding warrant issued Sept. 8 by Manchester Police Department for non-appearance in court on a first-degree stabbing charge.
Cable was last known to live in Manchester and has strong ties to the area. If you have any information about the whereabouts, or have observed a person that resembles Cable, please contact the U.S. Marshals Fugitive Task Force, or your local police.

Ouellette is described as 5-foot-4 inches tall, about 160 pounds, brown hair, hazel eyes, tattoos include a heart on her chest, “Daddy” on her upper left arm and tribal art on her upper right arm.
