MANCHESTER, NH – Police arrested Terrence Cannon, 36, on Dec. 20, as part of an investigation that culminated with deployment of the Manchester Police SWAT team, and in the process, made four more arrests at a Union Street address.
Cannon was arrested on a warrant at 642 Union St. at approximately 3:30 p.m. Detectives from the Special Enforcement Division received information that a person wanted for armed robbery was staying at the Union Street apartment house.
They entered the apartment and located several people inside, including Cannon, who was arrested on the robbery warrant. Also arrested were: Linda Chipchase, 40, Edward Deshawn Roberts, 37, Ashley Bradicich, 20, and Maria Camacho, 36.
Cannon was charged with two counts conspiracy to possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute (crack/heroin); felon in possession of a firearm and receiving stolen property (firearm) after detectives located a stolen .40 caliber handgun; 86.8 grams of crack cocaine (street value $9,000); and 23.2 grams of heroin (street value $1,200) inside of the apartment.
Chipchase was charged with two counts conspiracy to possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute and conspiracy to receiving stolen property.
Roberts was charged with convicted felon in possession of a deadly weapon, conspiracy to receiving stolen property and two counts conspiracy to possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute.
Camacho and Bradicich were both arrested on outstanding warrants.
Cannon, Chipchase, Roberts and Bradicich appeared in the 9th Circuit Court-Manchester on December 21, 2016.
Camacho was released on bail and is scheduled to appear in the 9th Circuit Court-Manchester on January 19, 2016.
