MANCHESTER, NH – Stormy weather will be with us Friday, as a powerful coastal storm which developed off the southern coast of New England will bring rain, wind and snow.
According to the National Weather Service, as warmer maritime air pushes inland this may allow stronger wind gusts to mix down into the northern regions. Along the coast of western Maine from Portland northward as well as the rest of the coastal plain and interior southeastern New Hampshire, stronger wind gusts are likely. A wind advisory remains in effect from 9 a.m. on March 2 to midnight.
Winds: North 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 50 mph.
