State Police arrest 3 in Bedford, confiscate heroin, meth, cocaine

CONCORD, NH – Three charged with transporting drugs after State Police stopped a vehicle near the Bedford tolls on Feb. 4.

At approximately 11:40 p.m., Trooper Rogan stopped a 2004 Ford Expedition with New Hampshire registrations for a lane control violation on the F.E. Everett Turnpike northbound near the Bedford Tolls. The occupants were identified as: Arturo Vargas, 39, of New York; Samuel Lebron, 38, of Laconia, and M. Andrickson, 27, of New York.

 

During the course of the investigation, Trooper Rogan discovered a large amount of narcotics within the vehicle. These narcotics included approximately 12 ounces of cocaine, 2 ounces of heroin, and 4 ounces of crystal meth. All three occupants were subsequently arrested and the vehicle was seized pending a further investigation.

Vargas, Lebron and Andrickson are being charged with transporting/possession of narcotics with the intent to distribute. All three were held on $100,000 cash bail and are expected to be arraigned at the Merrimack District Court on Feb. 6.
