At about 9:20 a.m. on Jan. 19 police were dispatched to 7 Country Club Drive where they were met by maintenance workers who said they entered the apartment and saw a man inside, later identified as Keenan Falck, who fled the apartment on foot.

The maintenance workers provided a description and several officers flooded the area and chased after Falck, who allegedly crossed over the highway in an attempt to evade capture. However, his freedom was short lived and he was ultimately located and arrested in the rear of 235 Dunbarton Road.

He was charged with criminal trespassing and criminal mischief.
