Snow on the horizon?
Snow on the horizon?

Snow is a fact of life here in New Hampshire, and while it’s certainly within the realm of historical probability, the first time snow crops up in the forecast it always feels like, “Really? Snow already?”

Screen shot 2014-10-27 at 3.32.09 PMSuch is the case this week, as seen in the 10-day forecast via Weather Underground.

But don’t panic. We’ve been checking the site all day and the pink “snow zone” keeps fluctuating back and forth between frozen precipitation and plain old wet precipitation.

Bottom line: It’s still too soon to tell what’s on the horizon, so be sure to check back as this weather pattern develops.

Side note: We’ve been having fun checking out all the cool information available to our Manchester Ink Link readers using the handy Weather Underground widget, which is anchored to our home page, in the right side bar. You can expand the widget to get the 10-day forecast and go right to the Weather Underground site with one click at the top of the widget, or by clicking on the Weather Underground icon.
