MANCHESTER, NH – TD Bank Free Concerts in the Park is pleased to expand in 2015 to two Saturday concerts in August 2015. This Saturday, August 1 will be ‘Stars, Stripes and Strings’ a FREE concert in Veterans Park to celebrate active and veteran members of our nation’s military, in cooperation with the City of Manchester Parks and Recreation Department.

Performing live will be the highly anticipated United States Air Force Strings – a 20-piece string band! Following the Air Force Strings will be a performance by local favorites – The Jimmy Lehoux Band. The music will kick-off at 6 p.m. and will run until 9:30 p.m. Veterans and their families are encouraged to join the fun.

Livin’ Free Fest will be the second free Saturday festival on August 8 from 4 p.m. – 9:30 p.m. Livin’ Free Fest will bring Entrain and the Adam Ezra group with Roots of Creation to the Veterans Park stage. At both concerts there will be raffles, food, vendors, giveaways, and family-friendly fun.

All concerts, as well as all other TD Bank Summer Fest events are free, open to the public, and family-friendly. The TD Bank Free Thursday Night Concerts in the Park continue on July 30 with The Army Rock Band, returning for another year of patriotic rock and on August 6 INCADENCE will rock the stage.  Show time for each Thursday show is at 7 p.m. at Veterans Park in Manchester, NH.

“We are so excited to expand the 2015 Summer Fest lineup to include two Saturday festivals right in Veterans Park,” said Sara Beaudry, Executive Director of Intown Manchester. “Stars, Stripes & Strings will be a special evening to celebrate all those who have served in the military. We, along with TD Bank, the City of Manchester Parks and Recreation Department, and AARP are looking forward to a family-friendly night of patriotic music.”

Intown Manchester is pleased to announce TD Bank as a returning sponsor for all Summer Fest events, including the Concerts in the Park. “It is so great to have TD Bank as a sponsor again this year,” said Beaudry. “They are great to work with and these events couldn’t take place without their generosity.”

In addition to TD Bank, AARP, WZID, The City of Manchester, and Families in Transition have all generously partnered with Intown Manchester. With these partnerships, Intown Manchester is able to offer all Summer Fest events at no cost to all attendees!
